1. Returns


    • General Return Policy: We accept returns for items purchased on within 20 days from the date of delivery.

    • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

2. How to Return


    • Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • Confirmation: Once we’ve received your request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to send back your item(s).

    • Packing the Return: Make sure the item is packed securely in its original package. Include the RMA number on the package.

3. Refunds


    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

    • Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you of the reasons and the item will be sent back to you.

4. Exchanges
