1. Returns

2. How to Return

- Confirmation: Once we’ve received your request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to send back your item(s).

- Packing the Return: Make sure the item is packed securely in its original package. Include the RMA number on the package.
3. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
